Achieving this vision starts with ourselves and requires healthy, open mindsets that shape how we see ourselves and our place in the world, yet are often hidden or elusive. Meet the Faces Behind the Stories
I love a good story, I love words, and I love using both sides of my brain (producer/director). After growing up in Colorado, where the Mountains meet the Plains (and yes, I do mean to capitalize those), I started my career in finance, economics and public policy, as I tried to match my understanding of human systems with my awe for natural ones. Ted Turner, Bill Daniels, and United Technologies turned my world around and now I indulge my creative side. People are great teachers and I’ve learned from them all over the planet. Lucid Narratives is a dream of hope, inspiration and intelligent information sharing. Whoever you are, I’m grateful you’re here.
I love film and video; movies, commercials, documentaries, photography, you name it. It’s an obsession for sure. The trick is taking that obsession and turning it into something useful that will benefit others instead of just myself. With my love for art and design, twenty five plus years ago I turned to advertising as my main output. It’s taken me around the world, introduced me to different cultures, and strengthened my abilities. I love to push my own limits and continue to grow and apply my knowledge and skills. Oh yea… And to have fun doing it:)
After dedicating the past 25 years to building small business and community, my passion for local living economies has only increased. My energies are being poured into developing resilient community economies through innovative entrepreneurship, social enterprise and community coalescence. It is an incredible privilege to be at the fulcrum of sensibility, stability and sustainability for people and the planet, and yes I believe they all go together. Let’s enjoy rooting communities by building systems, networks and organizations that nurture one another!
